MESA Fundraiser & Cob Workshiop at Urban Adamah Farm

sid_tali2.jpgJames "Sid" Saunders and Tali Weinberg are two amazingly talented Stewards participating in MESA's Professional Networking Program. Sid, Tali and the Urban Adamah Farm crew invite you for a day of inspiring instruction on how to build an insulated wood fired cob oven with all local and natural materials!

Sid and Tali will combine theoretical discussions with hands-on learning, mixing and building with cob at their uber-urban garden site in Berkeley. This 8-hour workshop provides a thorough understanding of how to work and design with cob thermal mass, fire proof insulation and a finish coat. Cob building may inspire you to tackle many other cob projects such as benches, garden/house walls, arches etc. Connect with fellow cobbers, bakers, and pizza / cookie lovers in the community!
