Since 1973, ARI has empowered leaders from across Asia and Africa through hands-on learning in organic farming, servant leadership, and community development.

GROW West Africa is a nongovernmental organization dedicated to empowering women, youth, and small-scale farmers through training in organic and agroecological practices. Based in Ghana, GWA supports farmers to form cooperatives or unions and establish demonstration sites to showcase sustainable, biologically intensive agriculture.

Kola Nut Producers Association

Based in Sierra Leone, the Kola-Nut Producers Association is a grassroots, non-profit organization established in 2012 to support indigenous kola nut farmers. Operating in the districts of Kenema, Kono, and Kailahun, the association works to improve livelihoods by addressing key challenges, like transportation barriers, that impact productivity and access to markets.

YūtopiaLab is an agroecological foundation in Valle del Cauca, Colombia, that serves as both a demonstration farm and a “school‑laboratory” for sustainable living. They cultivate healthy ecosystems and teach community members how to grow, harvest, process, and distribute food in ways that restore the land, build food autonomy, and foster equity. YūtopiaLab emphasizes values like mutual support, solidarity, respect for nature, and collective work—connecting people deeply with soil, food, environment, and one another.

G-BIACK (Grow Biointensive Agriculture Centre of Kenya) is a nongovernmental organization dedicated to amplifying indigenous voices in climate resilience and sustainable land stewardship. They integrate traditional ecological knowledge with modern climate science to support communities in adapting to environmental challenges.

Lanka Organic Agricultural Movement

LOAM NGO is Sri Lanka’s leading organic agriculture movement, founded in 1994 and composed of farmers, scientists, and advocates committed to ecological farming. LOAM promotes organic methods, develop national standards, and support small and medium farmers through extension, training, and awareness-building.
